Transition Plan
In order to move from the "Current State" ( defined in the Issue Statement, 2017) to the "Future State" (defined by the Vision Statement, 2028), ADF plans on using the Transition Plan (OGSM). This 2018 OGSM was developed by ADF team to address the most critical near term priorities depicted in the Mission statement that would allow our Company to close the "gap" and achieve its stated business results.

Goals
There were specific and measurable Goals developed for each year (from 2018 through 2028)
Strategies (in 2 years)
(The few, critical priority choices the organization makes to best position it to win with consumers and customers versus the competition. )
1.0 Increase awareness and satisfaction with the ADF brand to grow the business
2.0 Increase the number of new clients and net revenues by delivering new and expanded products and services.
3.0 Increase project profitability to industry leading levels by improving Quality Management

There are specific Measures for the next 2 years
Tactics and Targets
There are about 10 specific activities and deadlines related to each Strategy. Those activities will be assigned to Charter Teams that will be focused on 50% breakthrough work. Each Charter Team will have: Team Sponsor, Team Leader, Team Members, and resources.
